This Application does not require user registration or account creation. You may use the Service anonymously without providing any personal identifying information.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this application ("Application" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this Application with an updated revision date.

2. Definitions

means this web-based or mobile software application and all associated services, features, and content provided by MindMap Generator.

4. No Account or Registration

This Application does not require, offer, or maintain user accounts, registrations, or authentication systems. You may use the Service anonymously without providing any personal identifying information.

Implications:

  • You are not required to provide your name, email address, or any personal data
  • We do not store information about individual users
  • Multiple uses from the same device may not be linked to a single user profile
  • There is no password reset, account recovery, or profile management functionality

5. Technical Data Collection

Purpose of Collection:

Retention: Technical data is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized or aggregated form, then permanently deleted.

6. Local Storage and Data Retention

Local Storage on Your Device:

The Application may store information locally on your device using browser storage technologies to enhance user experience:

  • Session data during your current use
  • Cached content for faster loading
  • Non-persistent identifiers (session IDs)

Important Note:

All locally stored data remains entirely under your control and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser cache, cookies, or deleting the Application will remove all locally stored data.

Server Storage:

We do not store any user-generated content, input data, or personal information on our servers. Any data you input into the Application exists only on your device.

7. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, request, or store personal information such as:

Social Security numbers
Health, genetic, or biometric information
Any information that identifies you

If personal information is accidentally collected through a technical error, it will be immediately deleted and not used for any purpose.

Prohibited Conduct:

  • ✗Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights
  • ✗Scraping, copying, or systematically extracting data from the Application
  • ✗Using the Application for competitive analysis or benchmarking without permission
  • ✗Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or the Company
  • ✗Using the Application to distribute spam, advertising, or unsolicited communications

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Application.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content provided through the Application, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software code, and design elements, is the exclusive property of MindMap Generator or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Copying or reproducing Content
  • Creating derivative works
  • Commercial use without permission
  • Removing proprietary notices

10. Liability Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Application or Content
  • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
  • The absence of viruses, malware, or other harmful components
  • The suitability of the Application for any particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
